Greg Wyser-Pratte

Greg Wyser-Pratte is a versatile jazz drummer who relocated from Chicago to San Francisco and has become one of the Bay Area's most in-demand percussionists. Originally trained as a trumpet player at Northwestern University, he switched to drums at age 18 and has since performed and recorded with numerous jazz luminaries, appearing on over 25 full-length albums. An experienced educator with 25+ years of teaching experience, he is known for his work with groups including the Dan Cray Trio and the Christian Tamburr Quartet.
