Jonathan Seiberlich

Jonathan Seiberlich is a prominent San Francisco Bay Area tuba player, composer, arranger, and producer who has become a key figure in the region's vibrant music scene. In addition to performing with ensembles like the San Francisco Symphony, Nomad Session Wind Octet, and Jazz Mafia collective, he produces original music under the name Jensen Engineering and leads the Jonathan Seiberlich Quintet, which blends New Orleans brass band instrumentation with classical composition and improvisation. He holds degrees from Oberlin Conservatory and USC, and teaches tuba at multiple institutions.
